Maria Daradoumi, Sales Director, Greece

“My role as a Country Manager, Greece, is to oversee logistics, develop new business and ensure profitability. I am responsible for managing overall operations and creating budgets. Every day I am dealing with new tasks, systems and business models. This helps me to improve myself and to expand my knowledge. Although I have been working with many different departments from many different countries from day one, I feel I belong to the same team as a whole.  I strongly believe that if the work environment is enriching, engaging and rewarding, such as here at Kelkoo, that this gives me the motivation to start each day with a ‘spark’.”

François Belka, HR Manager, FR

“As Human Resources Manager for France, I manage, with the help of a colleague, the entire career path of the company’s employees in France, from their recruitment to their departure. I provide the management and executive teams with advice and recommendations in a ‘business partner’ approach and I ensure constructive dialogue with the employee representatives.

Finally, I contribute to manage the HR team’s projects in line with the company’s strategy, both in France and internationally.

I consequently have a full overview of the business and the different departments working within Kelkoo. What impresses me most is, at first, Kelkoo’s ability to overcome the obstacles in a hyper-competitive market and still be present almost 25 years after its creation; and secondly, the friendly working atmosphere that leaves its mark on every working relationship, not only between managers and members of their teams, but also between employees. Seriousness meets fun, without losing sight of the goal of efficiency. It’s a great place to work.”
