The Google Comparison Shopping Services (CSS) Partner programme, launched in 2018, connects merchants and certified Google partners with e-shoppers through Shopping ads (former PLA).

As a retailer, you can still use Google Shopping to access Shopping Ads, Google own CSS. However, in order to provide a fairer access to Shopping Ads and its users, Google Shopping now takes a margin from each bid before it reaches the auction process.
