Kelkoo Sales Tracking is our new tracking system to review your performance in a better and more detailed way. You’ll be able to get all of your Kelkoo click and sales data in one place, access your account in Kelkoo Merchant Extranet, and easily improve performances of your campaign. You’ll have the opportunity to evaluate performance at a category or campaign level and have precious insights. Data will be updated daily, but in the future we plan to update hourly, giving almost real-time updates.
Below is a quick overview of the statistics interface.
Check the code that handles your thank you page (i.e. the confirmation page). In particular check the part where you created your Tradedoubler tracking.
You might have something like that:
<img src="https://tbs.tradedoubler.com/report?organization=9999999&event=12345 &orderNumber=<%orderID%>&orderValue=<%orderValue%>&tduid=98765&reportInfo=f1%3D<%SKU%> %26f2%3D<%productName%>%26f3%3D<%productPrice%>%26f4%3D<%productQuantity%>">
Where between <%= and => you specified the variables regarding the order: order ID, order value and order details (SKU, product name, product price and quantity for each product).
Now have a look at Kelkoo Sales Tracking that you have to put just before the end of body section:
As you can see, Kelkoo Sales Tracking requires a few details of the order.
When you have added Kelkoo Sales Tracking code you can remove Tradedoubler tracking.
To test your implementation, simply simulate an order placed on your site.
Important! Check regularly that sales are being registered. This is extra important to do after you have implemented updates or changes to your site.
If you encounter problems, please use our contact form to send us an email. If the test order was not properly registered in your Statistics page, please attach to your email the source code of the order confirmation page as it appeared (“View”> “View Source”). Kelkoo Sales Tracking code should normally be included.
